We handle sales, invoices and customer communication. Physical stock and shipping for European orders are handled by our European distributor partners: you order here, we confirm the line and invoice you, and the goods travel from the distributor straight to your address.

The catalogue runs to 810 lines across 25 categories — computers and components, peripherals, televisions and audio, home and kitchen appliances, smart home devices, backup power and office equipment.

Being honest about that model matters more than sounding bigger than we are. We hold no warehouse of our own, so we quote a delivery window of up to 30 days after payment, usually from 21 days rather than a next-day promise we would not be able to keep.

Warranty and returns are handled through us. If something fails inside its cover, email the order number and we open the case with the supplier on your behalf.
