Controller

MVO Solutions Limited, No. 5, 17/F, Strand 50, 50 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong, Business Registration Number 81087687, is the controller for the personal data described here. Data protection questions go to info@mvo-solutions.com.

What we collect

When you place an order we receive the name, email address, phone number, company name, VAT number and delivery address you type into the form, together with the contents of your order and anything you write in the comment field.

The cart itself lives in your browser until you check out. It is stored in local storage on your device and is not readable by us until you submit the form.

Why we process it

To confirm and fulfil your order, handle warranty and returns, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract or taking steps at your request before entering one, and compliance with a legal obligation for invoice records.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and the form service that carries the message from this website.

Because orders are dropshipped, your delivery address, name and phone number are passed to the European distributor and the carrier handling your order, so that the goods can be delivered to you. They receive only what is needed for the delivery.

Our accountant sees invoice records where needed. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted after twelve months. Invoice and accounting records are kept for as long as Hong Kong company and tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no retention obligation applies, or object to processing. Write to the address above and we answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the data protection supervisory authority in your own country.
